The Powder Room Refresh

  • Phase 1: Preparation. Setup of our air filtration and floor protection. Removal of the existing vanity, toilet, and accessories.

  • Phase 2: Surface & Electrical. Wall repairs or the installation of architectural accents (wainscoting, wallpaper prep). We update lighting fixtures and outlets to match your new design.

  • Phase 4: Final Polish. Final plumbing connections, paint touch-ups, and a deep clean to prepare the room for your next guests.

Our Site Care & Protection Plan

Professionalism from Entry to Exit

We treat your home with respect. Rather than just walking in and starting work, we follow a standard protection routine to minimize the impact of construction on your daily life.

  • Floor Protection: We prep the path from your home’s entry to the bathroom with floor runners. This includes hallways and stairs to ensure your flooring is shielded from foot traffic.

  • Air Management: We utilize an industrial air scrubber and, where possible, a temporary window exhaust fan during the demolition phase. This is designed to help manage airborne particles and improve air circulation within the workspace.

  • Containment: We make every effort to keep the bathroom door closed during active work to help keep the project contained to the workspace.
