The Retro-to-Modern Transformation
We turned a dated, 1970s patterned-tile bathroom into a bright, contemporary oasis. By replacing the dark textures with clean white subway tile and a custom double vanity, we maximized the light and doubled the functionality without changing the footprint
From Lime Green to Scandi-Chic
We didn't just update the surfaces; we completely re-engineered the space. By relocating the plumbing for better flow, shifting the HVAC for a seamless floor design, and redesigning the lighting layout, we turned a dysfunctional 1960s room into a modern master suite. We combined natural wood textures with bold black hardware to create a Scandi-chic retreat that works as well as it looks.
Designer Gut Reno & Layout Change
We worked with interior designer, Coco & Jack, to completely rebuild this powder room. We gutted the space, moved the plumbing and electrical, and installed floor-to-ceiling vertical shiplap. The centerpiece is a heavy, custom mitered-edge floating marble vanity that required extra structural support to pull off the look.
The Moody Floral Ensuite
We did a full tear-out and replacement of this ensuite without changing the footprint. The update features a custom black vanity, matte black fixtures, and a new walk-in shower with a frameless glass panel. We finished the space with dark large-format floor tile and a custom floral wallpaper feature wall to give the room a high-end, designer look.
